This is a special Officer's meeting to vote on two items. First item is whether to spend $100 to hold a theater for Tucson CSTS 2011. Second item is to decide how much seed money AZBC will allot for CSTS 2011. All are welcome to attend.

On Sunday May 15th at 1:00 P.M. there will be a special AZBC Members meeting at Chino Banditos located at 15414 N.19th Ave in Phoenix. Cover-It-Live will be provided for those who would like to attend but are unable. The Arizona Browncoats officers and members will first vote on spending $100.00 for a deposit of the Fox Theatre for Tucson's Can't Stop the Serenity.

Congratulations to Shelby McBride, who was elected to be the President of AzBc, Inc. beginning May 1! And another congratulations to Lisa Richins, who was elected to a second term as Treasurer!

Nominations and voting are happening this week for the remaining three Officer positions for the 2011-2012 term: Communications Director, Events Coordinator, and Secretary. Plus, you'll feel good doing good works likes raising money for Equality Now, planning local browncoat events, and all sorts of other fun stuff!
